Position Title: HRIS Intern
Reports To: HRIS Analyst
Duration: 3-month short-term contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, verify, and update employee data in the HR system
  • Support audit processes to ensure accurate and reliable HR data
  • Address employee inquiries and data update requests
  • Meet daily targets for data collection, validation, and updates
  • Report inconsistencies or irregularities in employee records
  • Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to internal and legal data protection standards

Qualifications:

  • 0โ€“2 yearsโ€™ experience in ICT or HR systems (HRIS experience is preferred)
  • Familiarity with data entry and management procedures
  • Understanding of HRIS tools like Oracle HCM, Sage, or SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related tools
  • Strong analytical skills and report generation capabilities
