POSITION PURPOSE

Internal communication – Support the execution of strategic, timely and effective internal communications aligned with planned AS&P.
Corporate Affairs related tasks – Support coordination and communication of Corporate Affairs related activities and tasks.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required

Education

  • Bachelors in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public relations, Marketing, or any related field

Work Experience

  • 1 year or less

Main Areas of Responsibility

  • Management of the JTI Tanzania Communication calendar, tracking and updating to ensure all planned activities are executed according to the plan.
  • Develop and deliver timely internal communication with relevant information throughout all available company platforms with defined TAT.
  • Ensure accessibility for all JTI Tanzania employees that will enable them to receive timely company information.
  • Conduct monthly assessment with Team leads to support their teams to enroll on all available platforms (My Mobile, WhatsApp Groups, Bulk SMS etc.)
  • Management of Nyota Newsletter publication.
  • Support coordination and communication of Corporate Affairs related activities such as stakeholder engagement, Community Investment & Social Programs.
  • Any other duties reasonably requested by management.
