Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in candidates, verifying their identification and ensuring they are aware of test procedures.
- Monitor and maintain the test environment, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly and that testing protocols are adhered to.
- Administer tests according to company guidelines and procedures.
- Provide assistance to candidates with any queries or concerns during the test.
- Report any incidents or irregularities observed during the testing process.
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining test schedules.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all testing materials and candidate information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or customer service are a plus.
- Previous experience in a test center or similar environment is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict procedures.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
