|We are Sumwood Furniture, manufacturers of high-quality indoor and outdoor furniture. Our workshop is located in Ngaramtoni, Arusha, and we are looking for a qualified and dedicated Human Resource Officer to manage and oversee the HR needs of our workshop.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage employee relations within the workshop.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and welfare.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
- Implement employee development programs and performance appraisals.
- Manage payroll, leave schedules, and disciplinary actions as needed
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Must be 30 years or older
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in a workshop or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment. 2
