Position: School Bus Transport Officer
Job Description:
We are hiring a reliable and organized School Bus Transport Officer to oversee the transportation of children to and from the daycare center.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of children during boarding, travel, and disembarking.
- Maintain accurate attendance records for bus riders.
- Collaborate with drivers and parents to manage routes and schedules.
- Inspect buses regularly to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Transport Management or related field.
- Experience in school transportation or logistics.
- Knowledge of traffic safety regulations in Tanzania.
General Requirements:
- Preference will be given to residents of Iringa Municipality for all roles.
- Be ready and able to perform any other relevant duties, designated by superior
- Roles such as ICT Experts and Drone Operators should highlight familiarity with local cultural sensitivities.
- All staff must demonstrate a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing environment for children.
