Position: Msaidizi Maendeleo ya Jamii Daraja la II
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist in designing and planning development projects within their area.
- Support capacity building and the provision of training on development issues in their area.
- Participate in the implementation of development activities.
- Help provide education on self-reliance initiatives in their area.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on community development activities to the village leadership and their supervisor.
- Assist in the formation of community and development groups.
- Identify and empower poor households to improve their economic status through available opportunities and surrounding resources.
- Perform any other duties assigned by their supervisor.
Education experience
To be employed, one must hold a Diploma (Certificate) in Community Development from recognized Community Development Colleges or other institutions accredited by the government, in one of the following fields: Community Development, Sociology, Development Studies, Project Planning and Management, Gender and Development, Rural Development, or other fields related to Community Development.
Salary scale: TGS B
