BML now seeks dynamic, highly driven individuals to join our team in delivering exceptional financial services to our esteemed customers in the following roles:

POSITION: Branch Manager

MATANGAZO YA KAZI BOFYA HAPA

Role Summary: Overseeing daily operations, developing strategies, managing staff performance, and fostering customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, preferably accounting, banking & finance, business administration, microfinance, or entrepreneurship.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the microfinance industry, at least 2 of them in a supervisory role.
  • A proven track record in leading teams, driving sales growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of industry legal framework.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel).

POSITION: Risk & Compliance Officer

Role Summary: Identifying potential risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and monitoring compliance with regulations, policies, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, preferably accounting, banking & finance, business administration, microfinance, or entrepreneurship.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the microfinance industry, at least 2 of them in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of industry legal framework.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, and attention to details.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel).

POSITION: Loan Officer

Role Summary: Assisting customers to obtain loans for various purposes in line with our lending policy and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in social sciences, preferably accounting, banking & finance, business administration, microfinance, or entrepreneurship.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the microfinance industry.
  • Knowledge of industry legal framework.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, and attention to details.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
