TMHS is a professional Tanzanian company led by a team of experienced medical professionals in the healthcare sector. Established in 2009, we operate across all East African countries, providing reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective services.
Our founder, Dr. Chakou Halfani, initially launched the company as the Tanzania Healthcare Promoters Consortium to raise awareness about emergency medical conditions and work-related diseases in Tanzania. The company transitioned into a sole proprietorship under the name TMHS in the same year, with a mission to deliver top-tier emergency care and occupational health and safety services.
We have implemented various procedures, systems, and policies to maintain safety, quality, and minimize environmental impact in all operations. Our dedicated OHS Manager oversees planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of operations to ensure compliance with our SHEQ Policy. TMHS is registered with OSHA Tanzania under registration number 2544 and compliance number 0659. In 2012, we were recognized for our high standards at the national occupational health and safety exhibition.
