Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the local team and Internal Departments to prepare and record financial entries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for Accounting to Reporting, Purchase to Pay, and Order to Cash for accurate ERP booking.
- Manage closing activities and Group Reporting
- Assist in following up on customer receivables and reconciling local supplier accounts monthly.
- Support cash flow management and asset verification.
- Ensure Compliance with statutory deductions (NSSF, PAYE, SDL, WHT, HESLB) and assist with Income Tax and VAT returns.
- Knowledge and adherence to legal requirements and maintaining confidentiality.
- Participate in Epiroc Group projects, including efficiency improvements and internal audits.
- Share Knowledge within the Group and engage in educational and professional development.
- Additional Responsibilities as assigned on ad hoc basis
Competences, Skills & Experience:
- Consistent, accurate, with an eye for detail.

- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively (internal and external).
- Positive attitude, analytical approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers/Ability to prepare and interpret final accounts
- Team player, enthusiastic, innovative, and pro-active with good time management skills.
- Self-starter, result oriented and ability to work without supervision.
Educational Qualifications:
- A relevant university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Membership in a professional organization such as ACCA or CPA.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a multinational organization or a chartered accounting firm is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong knowledge and experience in legal statutory and tax reporting are required.
- Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus
