Position: Office Administrator
Location: Mwanza
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations
- Support HR and management with clerical duties
- Organize files, records, and documentation for easy access
- Assist in bookkeeping and basic financial record-keeping
- Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
