The Guardian Limited is looking for motivated and self-driven freelance sales professionals to join its Advertising Sales Team in Arusha, Tanga, Morogoro, Iringa, Mbeya, Mwanza, and Kilimanjaro.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of our client base by actively seeking new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
- Identify and pursue innovative sales avenues to expand market reach.
- Create and implement effective business plans to achieve strong and consistent sales results.
- Develop tailored advertising solutions that address the specific needs and goals of each client.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results within tight deadlines in a competitive environment.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Possession of a University degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
- Prior experience in Sales and Marketing will be considered an added advantage.
