MARKETING AND SALES OFFICER – HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Manage online and offline marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales and operational goals
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
