Job vacancies at MSF, May 2025

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), meaning “Doctors Without Borders,” offers medical care to individuals affected by conflict, disease outbreaks, natural disasters, or lack of access to healthcare. Our organization comprises tens of thousands of professionals across various fields—healthcare, logistics, administration, communications, and skilled trades—all united by our charter and committed to helping those in need.

Our work is rooted in medical ethics and guided by the principles of impartiality, independence, and neutrality. As a non-profit, self-governing, and membership-based organization, MSF operates globally. In Tanzania, where approximately 246,000 refugees and asylum seekers—primarily from Burundi—reside, MSF has concentrated its efforts on improving access to specialized and secondary healthcare for both refugees and local host communities.

We have also responded to emergencies such as flooding. In August 2022, we launched a project in the Liwale district aimed at delivering quality primary and secondary healthcare across seven public health facilities, with a particular focus on pregnant women and children under five. MSF is committed to equal employment opportunities and encourages all qualified applicants to apply.
