Spectra Cargo and Logistics was established in 2018 by Denise Townsend, a seasoned professional in the logistics and transportation sector. A U.S. Army Veteran, Townsend served honorably for nearly six years and has received multiple medals in recognition of her service. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Mid-America Christian University and holds numerous certifications through ongoing professional development.
Townsend is actively involved with several esteemed organizations, including the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship, the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF), the Whitman School of Management’s programs for women veterans, V-Wise, and Veterans Edge. She is also an alumna of the U.S. Army Quartermaster School and a member of the Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society for Business.
