Job Title: Sales Person
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market reach.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance indicators.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the food distribution or FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with sales software and Microsoft Office tools.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
