Nafasi za Kazi Bandarini (TPA). The Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA) is a government agency responsible for managing and operating the seaports in Tanzania. Established under the Ports Act No. 17 of 2004, TPA oversees the development, maintenance, and regulation of the country’s major ports, including the Port of Dar es Salaam, which is the busiest and most strategic port in East Africa.
