Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, social science, or related areas
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Care, related services, or related areas
  • Fluent in English and Swahili

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations for key corporate customers.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to corporate customer queries according to SLAs.
  • Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific product features.
  • Conduct training sessions for corporate customers on products and services.
  • Implement automation to address recurring customer queries, such as daily reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers regarding support issues.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions and test different scenarios to troubleshoot issues.
  • Update internal databases with technical issue details and relevant customer interactions.
  • Monitor complaints, follow up, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Gather customer feedback, share feature requests, and inform customers about new functionalities.
