Key Roles & Responsibilities 

• Manage and coordinate daily tourism operations and client bookings. 
• Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to promote tour packages.
• Conduct client outreach, follow-ups, and conversion activities. 
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Create marketing content for social media and other promotional platforms.
• Prepare sales, operational, and performance reports. 
• Collaborate with management to enhance service quality and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related  discipline (degree qualification is mandatory). 
• At least 2 years of proven experience in tourism operations, marketing, or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email, social media marketing).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
