Finance Manager (Management Accounts) at Akiba Commercial Bank

To oversee budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and management reporting processes to support informed strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis reports.
• Monitor cost performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Support financial modeling and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data and reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA (T) and/or ACCA are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in finance management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
