Power Group Technologies Tz Ltd Power Group Technologies Tz Ltd specializes in providing power systems, infrastructure solutions, and related technical services across the region. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Key Responsibilities

- Managing multiple projects, site teams, and supervisors simultaneously
- Handling project planning, budgeting, and resource management
- Setting, monitoring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and teams
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in operational settings
- Providing strong leadership, communication, and reporting
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (required)
- A Master’s degree or professional certification in Project Management or Operations Management is an added advantage
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in operations or project management within a technical or engineering environment
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects, site teams, and supervisors at the same time
- Strong background in project planning, budgeting, and resource management
- Demonstrated ability to set, monitor, and report on KPIs for projects and teams
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and quality compliance in operational environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
- Minimum age of 45 years
