Responsibilities
Customer Registration
- Customer registration visitation as per requests (Corporate)
- Registration (corporate) on service camps
- Registration for corporate walk in Customers
- Correspondence and Collection of KYC documentation for corporate customer accounts
- Updating the collected KYC documentation to the developed Enterprise Contract Master
- Organize and coordinate Biometric Registration KYC Service camps
- Archiving all the collected KYC Documents
- Addition and Retention of corporate accounts per TCRA guidelines.
Productivity Report
- Daily Registration report per KAM
- Daily report per company registered
- Overall Enterprise Biometric Registration Progress Report
KYC System & Application Support
- Regular checks on system functionality
- Timely reporting/escalation in case of system failure
- UAT in case of system upgrade or fix
Ad hock Tasks
- KYC UAT as per regulation change & new regulation requirements
- Monitor Agile system application for corporate registration
- CR signoff and preparation for KYC TCRA requirements
- Base Updating and Correction
- Bulk & Biometric Registration for M2M& Non M2M management for corporate accounts
- GA Registration (Bulk)for Individual, corporate and company
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications & Functional/Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any other related field.
- Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
- 1-year minimum experience in KYC
- Computer hands-on experience: MS Office & scripting skills
Other requirements (Behavioral etc.)
- Good team player
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Be organized & persistent
- Self Starter
