Damax Tanzania Company Limited, a rapidly growing medical laboratory supply and distribution company with five years in the industry, is looking for energetic, proactive, and results-driven Sales Executives. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the region, building new partnerships, and strategically managing relationships with existing partners.
Position: Sales executives
Deadline: February 31, 2025
Duties and Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow up the sales process from the initial contact phase till the closure and after sales follow up
- Research and analyze sales options and identify business opportunities
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and answer their service-related queries in person and on the phone
- Develop strong feedback system for problem solving and evaluation of customer needs and complains
- Achieve or exceed the agreed sales targets and results within a schedule (weekly/monthly/annually sales target)
- Generate referral business by managing existing clients
- Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners, and clients
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral suitable for the target market
- Prepare and Present weekly/monthly reports and attending company meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing ), With Science background will be an added advantages
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Sales Department focusing on geographic territory-based sales and account solicitation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven persuasive power
- First-rate computer skills, telephone etiquette, and work ethic
- Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management, and task prioritization skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure on strict deadlines
