Save the Children is the world’s leading independent organization focused on improving the lives of children. Operating in over 120 countries, the organization works to save children’s lives, advocate for their rights, and help them reach their full potential. In 2021, Save the Children provided vital support to over 400 million vulnerable individuals, including over 180 million children.
Of these, 75 million received direct assistance, with 43 million being children, while 330 million were indirectly supported, with 139 million of them being children.
