Sales and Marketing Manager

About the Role:
East Africa Bay Property is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting luxury residential developments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in real estate sales, strategic marketing, and team leadership, with a deep understanding of the high-end property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Lead, train, and support the sales team to consistently meet or surpass sales goals.
- Manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and industry partners.
- Generate and present regular sales reports and analytics for senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, open houses, and exhibitions.
- Keep abreast of market developments, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
- Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and online engagement.
- Oversee performance and optimization of paid media campaigns including PPC, display ads, and social media advertising.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales and marketing, preferably within luxury property.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid knowledge of the Tanzanian real estate market.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems is highly desirable.
