Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field
• VETA or equivalent technical training (where applicable)
• Fresh graduates and candidates with field practical exposure are strongly encouraged to apply
• Applicants residing in Kilimanjaro or nearby places are encouraged to apply

Key Competencies

• Basic technical and operational knowledge in the relevant discipline
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn
• Basic safety awareness and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
