To oversee budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and management reporting processes to support informed strategic decision-making.
The role
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis reports.
- Monitor cost performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Support financial modeling and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data and reports.
The candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in management accounting or financial analysis, preferably within a banking environment.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
