Proven experience in channel sales or partner management, ideally within the industry with Minimum of 5 years work experience.
Core responsibilities
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis – Monitor partner shop performance against KPIs, ensuring compliance with operational standards and targets.
- Channel Engagement & Support – Serve as the main contact for partner shops, providing guidance and resolving operational challenges.
- Training & Capability Building – Deliver training and support to enhance partner teams’ product knowledge and service standards.
- Reporting & Insights – Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across partner shops.
