Coshve Finance is seeking a dedicated Finance and Operations Officer to manage core accounting workflows, facilitate efficient operational processes, and ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards in Dar es Salaam.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Business Administration.
- Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in financial management, operational procedures, or accounting within microfinance or banking.
- Financial & Accounting Expertise: Proven competence in bank reconciliations, AP/AR, cash flow management, budgeting, and routine reporting.
- Regulatory Compliance: Clear understanding of Bank of Tanzania (BOT) regulations, financial controls, and reporting requirements.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and modern accounting or credit management systems.
- Core Competencies: High ethical integrity, strong analytical thinking, excellent organizational ability, and effective communication.
