Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all core operational units (Customer Service, Ramp/Turnaround, Cargo, Baggage, Load Control, Aircraft Appearance).
- Strategic Planning & Finance: Develop airport operational strategies, consolidate budgets, and optimize cost controls to maximize profitability.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce BOT, regulatory, and international aviation safety standards, maintaining a strong safety-first culture.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain key relationships with airport authorities, airline clients, government agencies, and external partners.
- Project Delivery: Lead local and group-level strategic initiatives on time and within scope.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Minimum 10 years of total experience in airport operations/ground handling.
- At least 8 years of senior leadership/managerial experience.
- Advanced understanding of global aviation standards and project management practices.
