Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Planning: Assist with daily drill and blast schedules, reports, charge plans, and drill designs per production targets.
- Safety & Compliance: Participate in weekly/monthly explosive store inspections and statutory safety reporting in alignment with GGML environmental policies.
- Data & Audits: Oversee QA/QC data collection, stope note inputs, and site audits.
- Technical Execution: Support electronic blasting preparations and collaborate with the Senior Engineer on progress reporting.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mining Engineering.
- Certifications: Valid Blasting Certificate and Valid Driving License.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in underground drill and blast operations (mechanized mining experience preferred).
- Key Skills: Working knowledge of underground haulage, drill design principles, autonomous decision-making, and strong data management.
