QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or a related discipline; MBA an advantage.
- Experience in at least two of the following:
- Marketplace/e-commerce.
- Fleet management/telematics.
EV charging/energy infrastructure. - Consumer lending/asset finance/fintech.
- Track record of scaling a business and winning customers beyond a parent group.
- Experience leading specialist managers and delivering vendor-led platforms to deadlines.
- Strong capital allocation, business-case and build-versus-buy decision skills.
- Ability to use approved AI tools for market analysis and platform planning, and verify outputs against source evidence.
EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years in commercial leadership with full P&L ownership of a business unit or standalone digital, platform or asset-based business.
