Open Positions & Requirements

1. HR Manager

• Primary Role: Oversee complete human resources operations, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, employee relations, personnel files, and statutory compliance with Tanzanian labor laws.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of practical HR management experience.
  • Thorough understanding of Tanzanian employment and labor regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities; fluent in written/spoken English and Swahili.
  • Chinese language proficiency is preferred.

2. Finance Manager

• Primary Role: Manage financial and accounting operations, including cash flow management, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, internal controls, and long-term financial planning.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant finance/accounting experience (preferably at management level).
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and Tanzanian tax/statutory requirements.
  • Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) will be an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili; Chinese language skills are preferred.

3. Bus Electricians

• Primary Role: Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic systems in YUTONG buses, including vehicle wiring, battery systems, lighting, and electronic control modules.
• Qualifications:
  • Certificate, O-Level, A-Level, Diploma, or technical qualification in Automotive Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in commercial vehicle or bus electrical systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in fault diagnosis using modern diagnostic tools, wiring schematics, and charging systems.
  • Experience with electric buses or electric vehicles (EVs) is a strong added advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili; Chinese language skills are preferred.

4. Senior Bus Mechanics

• Primary Role: Inspect, diagnose, overhaul, and maintain YUTONG buses to ensure vehicle safety, performance, and compliance with technical operating standards.
• Qualifications:
  • O-Level, A-Level Certificate, Diploma, or technical qualification in Automotive Engineering, Motor Vehicle Mechanics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in bus or heavy commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Comprehensive expertise in mechanical systems (engines, transmissions, air braking, suspension, and steering).
  • Prior experience working directly with YUTONG buses or electric commercial vehicles is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili; Chinese language skills are preferred.
