Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Business Growth: Identify and pursue new sales leads, commercial partnerships, and market opportunities.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company growth goals.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to refine business development approaches.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and business stakeholders.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain precise records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal pipelines within the CRM database.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing, product development, and operations teams to support sales campaigns and product delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Business Developer or Account Manager in a related industry.

- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market trends, evaluate data, and formulate growth plans.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to pitch and close deals.
