Job Title: Intern
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism, ensuring a customer-first approach.
- Respond to inquiries regarding our services, products, and application processes.
- Review customer files to ensure all necessary documents are submitted, complete, and properly filed.
- Verify the authenticity of customer-submitted documents, flagging any inconsistencies or potential forgeries.
- Maintain and update client records accurately and securely.
- Provide administrative and operational support to both front and back-office teams.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues or document concerns to the appropriate supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate (2023 or 2024) with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Strong attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Basic understanding of financial or customer documentation (e.g., ID cards, business licenses, utility bills).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a mission-driven organization.
