TACOBA at 2008 started to carry out financial services in Mtwara Region. The TACOBA have shareholders from Tandahimba, Newala, Masasi and Mtwara Rural DC.

This community bank has their Head Quarter Officer at Tandahimba District Council in Mtwara Region. It offer various kind of financial services to their surrounding Communities
