When part 5 line completed it will connect Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania and United Democratic Republic of Congo and it will provide access to the Indian Ocean.
This construction was started during the late John Pombe Magufuli was president and Prof Makame Mbalawa as Minister of work, Transportation and communication.
