Job Position: Senior Data Entry Officer
Location: Procurement Department

Advent Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate Senior Data Entry Officer to join its Procurement Department. The ideal candidate should possess strong typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and be proficient with data management systems to enhance operational efficiency and maintain data accuracy. The role is suited for someone who values precision, confidentiality, and timely execution in procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter Purchase Orders (POs) into ERP or procurement systems, ensuring accuracy in vendor details, item quantities, and pricing.
• Record supplier invoices, delivery notes, and goods receipt vouchers to keep procurement records current.
• Maintain and update vendor databases, including contact information, certifications, and performance metrics.
• Log and organize supplier quotations for easy comparison and access.
• Input contract information, including terms, renewal dates, and compliance milestones.
• Assist procurement staff with bid analysis, price comparisons, and generating reports.
• Manage digital and physical filing of procurement documents.
• Ensure procurement data is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
• Use tools such as Excel, ERP software (e.g., Tally), scanners, shared drives, and electronic filing systems.

Key Attributes:

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Familiarity with procurement procedures and terminology.
• Ability to manage sensitive supplier and pricing information confidentially.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
