Position Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Receptionist at Altezza Travel’s Moshi office. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, responsible for welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, and maintaining an organized front desk area. The role also includes administrative support tasks such as managing mail, scheduling appointments, and handling documentation.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance
- High standards of personal hygiene
- Excellent communication and telephone handling skills
- Previous experience in front desk roles and customer service
- Strong administrative abilities, including data entry and document organization
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
- Friendly, professional, and positive demeanor
- Proficient with common office equipment (computers, printers, etc.)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Background in the travel or hospitality industry is an added advantage
