City Engineering (CECL) is a consulting firm composed of professional engineers and scientists, located in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. Established in 2013, CECL is an employee-owned company with extensive experience. The firm is built on the core disciplines of Environmental, Structural, and Geotechnical engineering. In response to evolving client needs and challenges, we have expanded our services to include waste rock and tailings disposal.
Additionally, we have addressed environmental concerns by establishing expertise in Environmental Engineering, Sciences, and Management. We collaborate with a range of local and international partners to ensure our clients meet both global and local standards.
