Emerson Education is looking for a passionate and skilled English Language Tutor to join our growing team.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- At least 2 years of experience teaching English
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching platforms
- Outstanding classroom management and interpersonal communication abilities
- Motivated, creative, and capable of working independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- English proficiency certification (IELTS, TOEFL, CEFR, or similar)
- Experience teaching adult learners or professionals
- Comfortable teaching both face-to-face and online
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive English lessons for various learner groups
- Plan lessons and evaluate student progress
- Incorporate digital tools to enhance the learning experience
- Assist in designing and refining course content
- Support learners preparing for English proficiency exams (when applicable)
