The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent humanitarian organization dedicated to assisting those forced to flee their homes. Operating in over 31 countries, we provide both emergency and long-term support to millions of people annually.
We advocate for the rights of displaced individuals and work through NORCAP, our global expertise provider, to strengthen international and local capacities to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from crises. NRC also manages the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre in Geneva, a global leader in tracking and advocating for those displaced within their own countries.
