The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) in Tanzania is a government agency responsible for overseeing the recruitment and selection process for public service positions in the country. Established with the objective of ensuring transparency, fairness, and equal opportunity, PSRS plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and professionalism of the public service sector in Tanzania. PSRS is tasked with coordinating and managing the entire recruitment process.
