Simba Cement (formerly Tanga Cement Company Limited) has the capacity to produce over 1.25 million tonnes of Simba cement and 1.25 million tonnes of clinker annually. The plant is located near the limestone deposits that serve as its primary raw material. The company has completed its second-largest expansion project, which included the installation of kiln number two. The first expansion project involved the installation of cement mill number two and packer III. Simba Cement’s manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001 certified.
