JOB PURPOSE & OVERVIEW:

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with Asilia’s standards. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in ensuring the smooth and consistent operation of the kitchen, always aiming to delight guests through excellent food and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to set standards, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
• Foster effective teamwork and clear communication within the kitchen and with other departments.
• Uphold all hygiene, health, and safety protocols, including in-house HACCP standards.
• Strive to exceed expectations and continuously improve food quality and guest feedback.
• Maintain high standards in daily kitchen operations.
• Take charge of your designated section during service.
• Be accountable for all aspects of kitchen operations under your care.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• A strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
• A disciplined approach, with a willingness to share knowledge and learn.
• Passion for your craft and a proactive, adaptable attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
• Commitment to working in remote locations for extended periods (6 weeks to 3 months).
