Position: Depot Clerk (Temporary Replacement)

Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver high-quality service to both clients and their customers, while actively seeking ways to improve.
- Follow all on-site safety protocols and regulations.
- Keep workspaces, including offices and operational areas, clean and organized.
- Supervise and guide casual workers, ensuring they comply with safety procedures and company policies.
- Accurately receive, dispatch, and store stock according to relevant documentation and system procedures (SAGE).
- Mark all received and dispatched items with corresponding dates to support First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices.
- Organize warehouse stock by item within designated areas, using proper labels for identification.
- Perform receiving and dispatch tasks in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) to avoid penalties.
- Conduct cycle counts to reconcile inventory, and report any discrepancies before the monthly stocktake for timely adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse by properly arranging items and removing unnecessary materials.
- Alert supervisors to any issues requiring attention, such as cleaning assignments, repairs, or maintenance needs.
- Prevent damage to inventory, forklifts (FLTs), and other site assets; report any damage immediately.
- Adhere to all site security procedures.
- Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
