Job Title: Direct Sales Officers – SME Business Accounts Acquisition

Main Responsibilities:

Market the bank’s personal loan products to employees of affiliated institutions.

Identify potential clients within these organizations and facilitate their onboarding to the bank.

Ensure full compliance with all Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations during the account opening process.

Keep detailed and accurate sales records and submit them to the designated bank officer to ensure timely commission processing.

Meet or exceed sales goals as outlined by the bank.

Act as the bank’s key contact in your assigned territory, addressing client questions, concerns, and passing along relevant feedback to internal teams.

Carry out additional marketing responsibilities as delegated.

Follow all internal conduct guidelines and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management Duties:

Properly apply and make use of risk management tools.

Address and resolve any audit findings or risk exceptions efficiently.

Foster a culture that emphasizes proactive risk awareness and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a closely related field

A minimum of one year of experience in sales
-
Previous experience in banking sales is an added advantage
