We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Officer to join our team.

Role Summary:
As a Finance Officer, you’ll handle key financial tasks, including managing accounts payable/receivable, maintaining financial records, and preparing reports. Your ability to stay organized and work with financial data will be essential in ensuring accuracy and transparency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Track budgets, expenses, cash flow, taxes, and receipts
• Compare actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts
• Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for profit improvement
• Carry out other finance-related or general operational duties as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferred but not required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong financial reporting and communication skills
• Adaptable, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple tasks
• A proactive mindset and desire to grow professionally
• Additional certifications in Finance or Accounting are a plus
