Position: Graduate Trainee – Retail Sales Officer

Role Overview:

As a Graduate Trainee in Retail Sales, you will gain hands-on experience in sales and customer service within a retail environment. You will support day-to-day store operations, engage with customers, and contribute to meeting sales targets while participating in structured training programs.

Key Duties:

• Learn and implement effective sales strategies to promote company products.
• Assist customers in locating products and offer suitable suggestions based on their requirements.
• Keep the retail area clean, organized, and fully stocked with merchandise.
• Attend training sessions focused on product features, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Work closely with colleagues to meet sales goals and enhance the customer experience.
• Address customer questions, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
• Support sales promotions and participate in special marketing events.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Enthusiastic about customer service and sales.
• A team player who is eager to learn and grow.
• Flexible and open to developing new skills.
• Familiarity with retail sales practices is an added advantage.
