We are inviting applications from skilled and qualified professionals to fill two HSE Supervisor positions for the EACOP-DOCG Project located in Chongoleani, Tanga. These roles are crucial to ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance in the construction, oil, and gas sectors.
Position: HSE Supervisor (2 Vacancies)
Project Location: Chongoleani, Tanga
Industry: Construction | Oil & Gas
Key Duties:
- Enforce strict adherence to HSE regulations at the project site.
- Deliver daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs to all personnel.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation; lead investigations on incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a proactive safety culture and support ongoing improvements in HSE procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Health & Safety, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Diploma is required.
- Minimum of 5 years continuous HSE experience within the construction sector.
- Familiarity with Tanzanian HSE regulations and global safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and incident reporting abilities.
