Position Summary:
We are looking to hire an Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team. This role is vital for maintaining and optimizing the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high system availability, network security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

• Administer and support Office 365 and Azure-based solutions, including troubleshooting and implementation of cloud technologies.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and security.
• Configure and manage Azure Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Develop and support the company’s LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Oversee procurement of network hardware and manage vendor service contracts.
• Design cloud solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.
• Maintain compliance with industry security standards and assist with cloud-related incident management.
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the IT department head.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in networking protocols and tools (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, firewalls).
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, cabling, and other network hardware.
• Basic server administration knowledge (Windows Server and Linux).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with network and cloud security tools and monitoring systems.
• Understanding of containers and orchestration tools like Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT from a recognized institution.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification preferred.
• Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP.
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in networking, systems, or Azure administration.
• Strong understanding of labor regulations and professional ethics.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
